ROLE PURPOSE The Executive - Finance (Treasury) is responsible for cash and liquidity management, ensuring optimal treasury operations that support the company's financial stability and growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure sufficient cash is available for operational needs. Manage cash and liquidity, monitor cash flow, and forecast liquidity needs. Manage bank accounts, interbank transfers, and credit facilities. Evaluate and manage investment portfolios in line with the company's investment policy. Manage debt borrowings and foreign exchange reserves. Oversee bank and M-Pesa reconciliations and ensure accurate statement of debtor balances. Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments and proper petty cash processing. Ensure accurate capture of all foreign currency transactions. Implement and uphold treasury policies, procedures, and systems. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Commerce or related field. MBA or professional certification is an added advantage. At least 3 years' experience in accounts/finance functions, with exposure in treasury management.
