The successful candidate will gain: Comprehensive training by rotating through all hotel departments and travel to various Sarova hotels, resort and lodges. Person Specification Minimum of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution Must be registered by the Clinical Officers Council Possess a valid practicing license and be a member of a relevant professional body Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about healthcare innovation Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive to succeed Ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel as needed
