Regen Organics is an industry leader in regenerating agriculture, cities and communities. We implement a circular economy model to sustainably manufacture regenerative insect feed for animals, various organic fertilizers and ecofuels for use in fast growing emerging markets. Our technologies and professional logistics network are developed in-house to safely collect and transport residual organics generated in cities and their environs for upcycling into various regenerative products. We operate the largest organics recycling plant in East Africa.  Key Responsibilities: Outlet coverage and sales  Visit the outlets on your route as often as your manager has set out in the route plan, and keep strong relationships with outlet managers.  Check stock on every visit, give early warning of shortages or excess, and arrange resupply so outlets do not run out during planting.  Step in when needed to sell Evergrow at the outlets  Keeping promoters accountable  Make sure each promoter shows up for work, pitches Evergrow to every walk-in farmer, and captures lead and customer data correctly.  Review each promoter’s attendance, pitching, and data entry on every visit, coach where needed, and report repeat poor performers to the Area Sales Manager.  Building and motivating the promoter team  Recruit, onboard, and train new promoters on Evergrow, pitching, and data entry ● Keep promoters motivated and their skills fresh through regular sales coaching and refresher training. Solving problems at the outlet  Handle problems that come up, including farmer complaints and outlet management complaints, and solve them on the spot where you can.  Escalate any problem you cannot solve to the Area Sales Manager, with a clear description of the issue and what you have already tried.  Reporting  Record and report outlet sales every week, with clear notes on what is working, what is stuck, and where help is needed.  Qualifications: A diploma or degree in agriculture, agribusiness, sales, or marketing; strong sales experience can stand in place of formal study.  Able to supervise, recruit, train, and motivate a team of promoters, including managing poor performance.  Good at solving problems calmly, handling farmer and outlet complaints, and knowing when to escalate.  Willing to travel the route most days by public transport; able to keep simple records and send clear weekly reports. Speaks the local language of the route plus Swahili or English. Honest, organised, and able to work with little daily supervision.
