Install and configure computer hardware and software. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices. Support network administration and internet connectivity. Install system updates and security patches. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Perform routine data backup and recovery procedures. Monitor ICT equipment performance and maintenance schedules. Support CCTV, biometric, and communication systems. Maintain ICT inventory and asset registers. Assist in website and email administration. Train users on ICT systems and applications. Maintain ICT documentation and user manuals. Ensure compliance with ICT policies and cybersecurity standards. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Skills & Requirements Bachelor's Degree Information Technology. Computer Science Qualification Accepted. Two Years ICT Experience. Hardware Troubleshooting Skills. Network Administration Knowledge. Microsoft Office Expertise. Windows Systems Knowledge.
