The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with customers. Ultimately, the Bicycle Sales Representative should drive sales growth and increase our company’s market presence. Qualifications Age: 21 – 30 years Gender: Male Must own a smartphone Must know how to ride a bicycle confidently Strong sales drive and resilience Ability to work independently within assigned territory Area of Deployment Each representative will be deployed to one estate within Eastlands, specifically: Umoja, Utawala, Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela, Buruburu, Kariobangi, Kayole, and Komarocks. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 – 15,000 Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold Contract Duration: 1 Year
