We appreciate and maintain the confidentiality of clients and candidates at all times.We're looking for someone who has: 3–5+ years' experience in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting Strong knowledge of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda (Southern Africa knowledge is an advantage) Experience designing bespoke FIT itineraries for international guests Proven success working with international travel agents and luxury clientele Experience with Tourplan (or similar reservation systems) and WETU Excellent communication, organisational, and sales skills A passion for wildlife, conservation, and delivering world-class guest experiences This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complex bookings with exceptional attention to detail, and is committed to providing seamless, high-end travel experiences from enquiry through to completion.
