Review payments for proper documentation, approval and compliance with SLAs. Oversee fixed asset verification, tagging, capitalization and insurance. Review monthly supplier, GL and stock-take reconciliations, and support audits. Manage direct reports, performance contracts and staff leave planning Key Qualifications University degree in a business-related field; CPA Finalist or equivalent. Minimum 7 years' experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution. At least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Working knowledge of bank operating systems, controls and general banking.
