Our approach ensures fast, flexible, and reliable access to unsecured loans that empower businesses Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, databases and system integrations. Support the development and improvement of ERP systems. Mentor junior developers, allocate tasks and monitor delivery. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding, testing, documentation and security standards. Resolve system defects, performance issues and data-integrity risks. Manage deployments, servers, Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Develop automated unit, feature and end-to-end tests. Required Skills PHP and Laravel 11+ Vue 3, JavaScript, HTML and CSS MySQL and PostgreSQL REST APIs and third-party integrations Linux, Ubuntu, Nginx, PHP-FPM and Supervisor Git, GitHub Actions and CI/CD Cypress, Playwright or Laravel Dusk Application security, database optimisation and multi-tenant architecture Qualifications Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field. Experience developing or supporting ERP or enterprise systems. Experience mentoring or supervising junior developers. Strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle. Willingness to relocate to and work from Kakamega.
