Kenya Commercial Bank Limited is registered as a non-operating holding company which started operations as a licensed banking institution with effect from January 1, 2016. The holding company oversees KCB Kenya - incorporated with effect from January 1, 2016 - and all KCB's regional units in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia and South Sudan. It also owns KCB Insurance Agency, KCB Capital, KCB Foundation and all associate companies. The holding company was set up to among other things to enhance the Group's capacity to access unrestricted capital and also enable investment in new ventures outside banking regulations, achieve operational and strategic autonomy for the Group's operating entities and enhance corporate governance across the Group and oversight in management of subsidiaries.Key Responsibilities Formulate input into the Staff Wellness Strategy for the assigned HR area. Manage and coordinate the annual review of staff wellness schemes, programs, initiatives, and benefits, and implement approved outcomes within policy and approval mandates. Act as the primary HR Wellness contact for staff and line management, providing proactive support in the delivery of wellness programs and initiatives. Offer guidance to staff and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes relating to employee wellness. Manage and coordinate the Wellness Program in line with organizational policies and procedures. Respond to staff and line management enquiries on wellness-related matters. Work closely with Employee Relations and Health & Safety teams to develop and sustain an enabling work environment and implement staff wellness initiatives, policies, and procedures. Manage and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and partners relating to employee wellness. Provide administrative support to business and staff committees, forums, schemes, and initiatives relating to wellness programs. Maintain accurate and consistent records, data, reports, and statistics for staff wellness programs, schemes, initiatives, and benefits. Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Medical Related Field. Professional qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Nursing. Added Advantage Diploma or Certification in Human Resource Management. Experience 3 years' experience implementing Corporate Wellness Programs. 3 years' experience in Staff Medical Scheme Administration. 3 years' experience in Stakeholder Management. 2 years' experience in Relationship Management. 3 years' experience in Wellness, Occupational Health & Safety, or related employee wellbeing initiatives is desired Key Competencies Strong interpersonal, counselling, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong planning, coordination, and administrative skills. High levels of professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and integrity. Ability to manage multiple wellness initiatives and maintain accurate reporting and records.
