Girwa FM, is a licensed radio broadcasting in dholuo that runs lifestyle and entertainment programs. It is one of the Kenya’s dholuo FM radio station, with coverage in the following counties: Homabay, Migori, Kisumu, Siaya and their surroundings. The Station’s slogan: Kelo Mor Ne Piny Luo, simply translates to ‘Brings Joy to the Luo Nation’ meaning the station is designed to bring the entire Luo Nation together to suit their deep culture to its potential through innovative programs.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.  Drive advertising sales and corporate partnerships.  Lead the sales and marketing team.  Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.  Build relationships with government, NGOs, and corporate clients.  Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.  Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.  Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing.  Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.  Experience in media sales is an added advantage.
