The successful candidates will be responsible for providing efficient and professional service while ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to customers professionally.  Present menus and explain available food and beverage options.  Take customer orders accurately.  Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and cashier.  Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.  Check on customers to ensure satisfaction.  Respond to customer requests and concerns appropriately.  Clear and reset tables promptly.  Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.  Assist with opening and closing duties.  Support the team during busy service periods.  Follow restaurant hygiene, service and customer-care standards.  Requirements Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.  Excellent customer service and communication skills.  Friendly, energetic and professional personality.  Good listening and order-taking skills.  Ability to work efficiently under pressure.  Good knowledge of restaurant hygiene and service standards.  Good personal presentation.  Team-oriented and reliable.  Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
