Have relevant knowledge and experience of not less than seven (7) years in the professional field within the Public Service, three (3) of which should be at managerial level; Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting not less than six (6) weeks or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Must be in possession of Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.
