Assistant Sector Head- Corporate & SME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership and oversight of the Corporate & SME Sector Drive growth and profitability of the sector loan book Develop products and market penetration strategies Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio and manage NPLs Oversee customer service and turnaround times Lead, mentor and develop sector staff Ensure compliance with policies, processes and procedures Prepare and oversee sector reports and audit resolutions QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field/ CPA/Credit Certification At least 3 years' senior-level experience in Credit, an MFI, or a financial institution Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office
