Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence Requirements for appointment Be a Kenyan Citizen;  Served for a period of three (3) years in Supply Chain Management or in a comparable and relevant position; Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement, Commerce (Supplies Management Option) Business Administration (Supplies Management option) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution; Proficiency in e-Government Procurement and IFMIS; Membership with relevant professional body and in good standing.
