Qualifications & Competencies A KCSE certificate or equivalent qualification, a Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent qualification from a government-recognized institution, and Basic Adult Education Levels I, II and III training under the national adult literacy curriculum. Good knowledge and understanding of the local community, culture and context within the area of deployment. Fluency in English, Kiswahili and the relevant local/community language( Maasai).
