The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to train and mentor teams effectively within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards. Provide training and guidance to staff on operational and compliance requirements. Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to maintain efficiency and quality. Monitor and report on performance, ensuring continuous improvement. Collaborate with management to implement best practices and meet organizational goals. Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in a technical field, with proven experience in training and supervisory roles. Preferred qualification: Degree in Food Science & Technology or another technical discipline. Strong background in manufacturing operations with demonstrated competence in food safety and quality management. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
