Check freshness of ingredients, inspect food quality, and maintain high standards of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist attendants in serving meals to company staff and visitors. Keep up with current culinary trends to deliver continuous positive dining experiences. Assist chefs and kitchen attendants with general food preparation tasks and setting up workstations. Receive, store, and rotate food inventory and supplies to ensure proper stock management. Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Apply rigorous food safety practices, sanitation standards, and personal hygiene protocols Requirements Certificate in Hotel Management, Food Production, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar culinary role. Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation best practices. Technical proficiency in operating and handling commercial kitchen equipment. Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal capabilities. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
