Minimum requirements An earned PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics with a Finance specialization, or Business Administration with a Finance or Accountingspecialization, from an accredited and recognized university. Relevant bachelors and master’s degrees in Accounting, Finance or a directly aligned discipline from an accredited and recognized university. Where appointment on the basis of a master’s degree is permitted for a specialized field under the applicable approved standards, at least three years of university teaching, research or relevant industry experience. At least 24 publication points under the approved institutional scoring framework, of which at least 16 points must be from refereed journal articles.
