Maseno University is a university based in Maseno, near Kisumu, Kenya, founded in 1991. It is one of seven public universities in Kenya.MSU/ACA/SPHCD/DBST /01/26 Requirements for Appointment: An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Medical Virology or relevant field from a recognized and accredited university; A Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized and accredited university; A relevant Bachelor’s degree with strong background in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from a recognized institution; A minimum of Twenty-Four (24) publication points, at least Sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers; and Registered with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
