Role Description The Regional Manager will provide overall leadership and oversight of the principal branch and branches within the assigned region, driving business growth, operational excellence, customer experience and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth, profitability and business development. Lead branch operations and support branches within the region to achieve their targets. Develop business and sales strategies and expand market opportunities. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive customer retention. Lead, coach and develop branch teams and managers. Monitor performance, compliance, risk and operational standards. Coordinate regional initiatives and act as a link between branches and Head Office. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role. Proven experience in branch management, business development and/or regional operations. Strong leadership, sales, negotiation and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, profitability and operational performance. Strong understanding of compliance, financial management and customer service.
