Key responsibilities: Review and processing of all outstanding fee note as per the executed SLA and Advocates Renumeration Order. Follow up on outstanding documentation required for processing of outstanding fee notes and third-party claims. Assist in conducting reconciliation of fee note statements with service providers. Assist in preparing, issuing and reporting on statements confirming closure of fee note accounts with service providers. Initiate and pursue recovery claims including payment of fees claimed. Prepare relevant recovery schedules and support documentation. Follow up on recovery matters and maintain a tracker on the same. Assist with data entry, document management and retrieval of information. Assist in review files and follow up of documents. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.  Knowledge, experience and qualifications required Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications required and Essential Competencies - External Bachelor’s degree (insurance option preferred). No experience required but foundational knowledge of insurance processes and procedures will be an added advantage. Computer literate. Technical/ Functional competencies: Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements. Knowledge of insurance products. Sales and marketing management skills.
