Partnership Building: Develop trusted relationships with principals, teachers, and institutional leaders. Business Development: Generate leads, secure contracts, and manage funding opportunities. Program Management: Customize and oversee delivery of programs in STEM, arts, theater, technology, and professional development. Quality & Results: Ensure standards, measure impact, and convert successful programs into long-term partnerships. Candidate Profile: Experience in business development, partnerships, educational sales, or program management. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and results-oriented. Knowledge of Kenya’s educational ecosystem (preferred).
