Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya. Responsibilities Conduct daily opening, closing, and physical stocktakes for empty/filled cylinders, market returns, and accessories; reconcile variances and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts. Oversee timely loading and offloading of assets, enforce correct cylinder stacking per HSE guidelines, and inspect delivery assets before/after market trips for roadworthiness and accessories. Manage loaders' shift rosters, leave schedules, and overtime; monitor staff discipline and attendance across Direct Sales Agents (DSAS), Loaders, and Security personnel Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain container cleanliness and hygiene, manage fuel card issuance and safekeeping, and open/close facilities on time. Perform weekly comprehensive audits on container premises, stock, and equipment; report operational non- conformities, safety violations, or security breaches to relevant Heads of Department in real time. Requirements College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an inventory supervisor, specifically within the LPG industry. High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili. Strong computer literacy skills. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
