Her family has been by her side for support and encouragement Duties and responsibilities Design, plan, and implement structured training programs to enhance players’ physical fitness, endurance, teamwork, and technical pulling skills. Identify, recruit, and select suitable team members based on merit, strength, discipline, and teamwork capability. Ensure adherence to safety standards during training and competitions. Maintain up-to-date records of training attendance, performance assessments, and competition outcomes. Coordinate with the County Department of Sports and relevant stakeholders on team participation and resource allocation. Requirements for appointment Be a Kenyan citizen Secondary school certificate Post-secondary education in Physical education, Sports science or a related field. Certificate from Kenya Tug of War Federation (KTWF) or a recognized sports body At least two (2) years of experience as a tug of war player, Assistant coach or coach. First Aid training
