Focused on building strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying business needs, and connecting qualified opportunities with internal Business Consultants. Skilled in managing high-volume outreach, maintaining CRM accuracy, and driving pipeline growth in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and lead nurturing. Identify and engage key decision-makers, scheduling qualified meetings for Business Consultants. Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, challenges, and potential fit with company solutions. Build, qualify, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring smooth handoff of opportunities. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion rates. Segment prospects based on industry, company size, market conditions, and opportunity potential. Maintain consistent follow-up strategies through phone, email, and other communication channels. Collaborate closely with senior sales professionals to support pipeline generation and develop sales expertise. Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including outbound calls, appointments set, qualified opportunities, and account profiling. Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking prospect interactions, activities, and sales progress. Additional Responsibilities Build, clean, and enrich prospect databases, including duplicate removal and contact verification. Perform CRM data management and hygiene tasks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Create detailed call notes and opportunity summaries, documenting stakeholders, competitors, and timelines. Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and professional development programs. Shadow sales meetings and client calls, creating summaries and sharing best practices with the team. Support team projects, sales initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration efforts. Minimum of 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a related sales role. Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
