We are seeking a passionate, polished and service-driven Front Desk Host to join our Front Office team at Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands. What You’ll Do As a Front Desk Host, you will be responsible for creating seamless arrival and departure experiences while serving as a trusted ambassador for the hotel. You will anticipate guest needs, resolve enquiries with confidence and professionalism, and consistently deliver service that exceeds expectations.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: 1–2 years of Front Office experience within a globally recognized luxury hotel brand. A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm, confident and engaging personality. A professional presence with impeccable grooming and attention to detail. The ability to remain calm, composed and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Working knowledge of front office systems including but not limited to Reserve and OPERA Cloud (highly advantageous).
Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field. Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional international languages will be considered an advantage.
