Inspect printed rolls during slitting and identify, mark, and remove defects to ensure customer quality requirements are met. Monitor machine performance, web tension, and roll quality — edge quality, winding, roll hardness, and squareness — throughout production. Complete production records, including run sheets, pallet tags, waste logs, and quality records, and report equipment issues promptly. Maintain housekeeping, safety, and quality standards always.
