Education: Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Communication, Arts, Design, or a related course; Professional certification is an added advantage Experience: At least 2 years of agency experience and 3-4 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer. Responsibilities Redefine design briefs within constraints of cost and time. Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or internal teams. Work across design media and stay current with emerging technologies. Proofread and produce accurate, high-quality creative work. Create rough sketches, layouts, and print-ready designs. Develop banners, GIFs, and digital advertising creative. Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, designers, account executives, developers, and marketing specialists. Guide junior creative designers to improve work quality.
