Key Responsibilities
● Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
● Prepare guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards, including making beds, arranging furnishings, and presenting fresh linens and towels.
● Ensure toiletries, refreshments, amenities, and essential supplies are fully replenished.
● Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure the property remains immaculate, organised, and guest-ready.
● Respect guest privacy, safeguard personal belongings, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
● Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, politely, and professionally to housekeeping requests.
● Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or missing inventory.
● Handle luxury furnishings, linens, cleaning equipment, and household supplies with care.
● Follow daily cleaning schedules and maintain consistent quality standards.
