What we’re looking for: Minimum 8 years of relevant pastry experience, preferably in a luxury or five-star hotel. Relevant qualification in Pastry, Baking, or Culinary Arts. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong expertise in pastry production, dessert development, and food safety.
