IRES offers a comprehensive portfolio of technical training and education services designed for individuals, and organizations working in the agriculture; climate change and environment; disaster management; education; food and nutrition; health; humanitarian relief; logistics and telecommunication; recovery and reconstruction; safety and security; water sanitation and hygiene sectorsMinimum requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in your area of specialisation. Demonstrated technical expertise and practical experience in the relevant agricultural field. Experience delivering professional training, consultancy or technical advisory services. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and report-writing skills. Experience working with farmers, agribusinesses, government institutions, NGOs or development partners is an added advantage. Training of Trainers (ToT) certification is also desirable. Mode of engagement: Successful candidates will be engaged as external consultant trainers on a need basis. Assignments may involve training delivery, curriculum development, workshops, technical advisory services and related consultancy work.
