We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst to join our client's growing team. About the Role As a Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and optimising the Salesforce platform while acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring the platform supports business objectives, improves operational efficiency, and delivers an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, permissions, and configuration. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce enhancements and solutions. Manage the Salesforce release calendar, change control, testing, and deployment processes. Maintain data integrity and oversee data quality across Salesforce and integrated business systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Create user documentation, deliver training, and support platform adoption across the business. Troubleshoot platform issues and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure Salesforce best practices are maintained. To be successful, you'll need to: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or a similar Salesforce-focused role. Have Salesforce certifications (Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous). Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security, user management, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Demonstrated business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of Salesforce data management and system integrations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Be willing to work on-site from our offices in Westlands, Nairobi. Be willing to work 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM EAT.
