Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kenya for a Tours & Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate will manage travel consultations and provide expert advice to clients while arranging personalized travel itineraries and guided tours. Daily tasks include liaising with customers to understand their travel needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all bookings and arrangements meet quality standards. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications Knowledge of Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism, with the ability to curate comprehensive travel experiences Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction Experience in Travel Consulting, including creating itineraries and recommending destinations Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and schedules efficiently Proficiency in relevant booking systems and tools is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
