Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Kisumu for an Advocate of the High Court. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, offering legal advice, and conducting thorough legal research. The role involves appearing before the High Court and other relevant judicial bodies as necessary, managing case files, and liaising with clients to ensure their legal needs are met with the highest standard of professionalism.

Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Case Documentation Extensive knowledge of court proceedings, litigation strategies, and dispute resolution mechanisms Strong skills in Advocacy, Negotiation, and Client Representation Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for the legal profession Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure Membership in the Bar Council and a valid practicing certificate as an Advocate of the High Court Familiarity with Kenyan legal systems, constitutional law, and relevant statutes Integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical standards Prior experience in litigation or corporate law is an added advantage Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution
