Role Description The Assistant role at mohamedahmed is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi. The Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files (physical and digital), and preparing basic reports or summaries. The role includes handling phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses and professional communication with internal and external contacts. The Assistant will support coordination of errands, meetings, and small projects, including arranging logistics and maintaining records. The position also involves maintaining office or workspace organization, handling basic data entry, and providing general support to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
