π Project Overview
As a Senior Talent Advocate, you will be the bridge between elite technical talent and our international partners. This isn't just about filling seats; it's about advocating for the right match. You will join our core Talent Acquisition squad, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex IT roles. Your challenge will be to identify, vet, and present high-level software engineers and architects to US-based stakeholders, ensuring a seamless cultural and technical fit within modern, fast-paced environments.
π Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Advocacy: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, acting as a consultant for both candidates and hiring managers. Technical Vetting: Conduct deep-dive screenings to assess technical literacy, ensuring candidates possess the specific skills required for diverse tech stacks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with US-based leadership to understand headcount needs, provide market insights, and refine candidate personas. Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain impeccable records in our ATS and use Google Sheets/Excel to track KPIs, pipeline health, and recruitment bottlenecks. Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate journey, providing timely feedback and advocating for the best interests of the talent within the Inallmedia ecosystem.
π‘ Must-Have Skills
IT Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience recruiting technical roles specifically for US-based companies. Technical Fluency: A solid understanding of the IT landscape; you must clearly distinguish between Java vs. JavaScript, React vs. React Native, and other core technical nuances. Total Experience: At least 5 years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Talent Advocacy roles. Advanced English Proficiency: Mandatory C1/C2 level. You must be able to critically assess a candidateβs communication skills and hold high-level technical discussions with US stakeholders. SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and popular stacks (MERN, .NET, Python, AWS/Azure). Tooling: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and intermediate-to-advanced use of Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
π Nice-to-Have Skills
Market Intelligence: Experience mapping the LATAM talent market and understanding regional salary benchmarks. Employer Branding: Ability to contribute to content or initiatives that strengthen Inallmedia's presence in the LATAM dev community. Technical Background: Previous experience in a technical role or a degree in a related field is a huge plus.
π Time Zone & Collaboration
The role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST). A high degree of overlap (at least 6-7 hours) with the US business day is required to facilitate real-time interviews and stakeholder meetings.
