The team member will support daily operations, collaborate with colleagues and partners, and contribute to the successful delivery of company projects and initiatives. Responsibilities may include coordinating tasks across departments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves problem-solving, organizing workflows, and ensuring that work is completed on schedule and to a high standard. The person in this position will also participate in regular meetings, share progress updates, and help identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities to address operational and project-related challenges. Comfort with basic digital tools and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, online collaboration platforms). Ability to work on-site in Kenya, maintain professionalism, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Relevant education or training in business, project management, social sciences, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Previous experience in a project-based, NGO, development, or private-sector environment in Africa is an advantage.
