Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate specializing in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with 3 years of relevant experience. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent oral and drafting skills, be meticulous with deadlines and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal processes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Admission to the Bar and a valid practicing certificate.
• 3 years of experience in litigation post admission.
• Strong oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
