Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst based in ruiru. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. They will develop data models, generate comprehensive reports, and create data visualizations to support decision-making processes. The role involves collaborating closely with various departments, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize operations and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Modeling, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Statistics to analyze and interpret complex information effectively. Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in data visualization tools and spreadsheet software is a plus. Experience with programming or query languages like SQL, Python, or R is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in the water management industry or a similar sector will be considered an asset.
