Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and support the achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering product presentations, and supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales and market feedback to management. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and managing pipelines. Ability to deliver Training to customers and team members on products, services, and sales processes. Additional strengths in basic marketing principles, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed. Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
