We are a growing, values-driven business with a strong presence in the Kenyan eye care market. The Role We are looking for a high-performing, experienced medical sales professional to join our team. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will be expected to hit the ground running, manage your own pipeline, and close institutional deals. You will also play an active role in building team capability, including running product and sales trainings for junior colleagues. This is a role with real growth potential for the right person.

What You'll Do Own and grow a portfolio of institutional clients including hospitals, NGOs, and eye care professionals Identify new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Lead and support tender processes Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to junior team members Report on pipeline and performance to management Stay current on product developments through supplier resources and internal training

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, or a related field 4+ years in medical or healthcare equipment sales, with institutional or B2B experience strongly preferred A proven personal track record of hitting and exceeding targets Experience mentoring or training others in a sales context Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills Someone who takes ownership and does not need to be managed closely
