Role Description The 3cary role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mombasa County, Kenya. The person in this role will support day-to-day operations by monitoring site activities, documenting incidents, and ensuring that safety and security procedures are followed at all times. Daily tasks may include checking entry and exit points, responding to basic inquiries, maintaining accurate logs, and promptly reporting any irregularities or risks to the appropriate contact. The role may also involve coordinating with internal teams or external partners, following established protocols, and supporting routine inspections or audits. This position requires consistent presence on-site, reliability in shift coverage, and adherence to all company policies and local regulations. Qualifications
Ability to follow detailed procedures, maintain clear records, and complete documentation accurately and on time. Strong observation skills and the capacity to identify, report, and escalate potential safety or security concerns appropriately. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact respectfully with colleagues, visitors, and partners. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in an on-site or shift-based environment. Basic computer literacy for logging information, completing reports, and using standard workplace software or systems. Ability to stand, walk, or be on-site for extended periods, with a commitment to following all safety guidelines. Prior experience in operations support, facility support, security assistance, or a related field is an advantage but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in safety, security, or facility operations are a plus.
